Wen Shen |
Wen has finished all course requirements for the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. His research interests include nano scale detectors and sensors, nanotechnology based high-intensity LEDs, and high-efficiency solar cells. Wen also is interested in doing researches in areas of nano particle-enhanced MOS transistors, applications of Spintronics, as well as Quantum Confinement in semiconductor devices. |
