Research Interests: Nano Tubes, Nano electronics, Nano Bio-devices, Nano Bio Sensors.

Rama Krishna’s research interests include fabrication and applications of carbon nanotubes (especially fabrication and modeling of electronic devices using carbon nanotubes), Fabrication and modeling of Nano Bio- devices, Designing and fabrication Nano-Bio Sensors. He is currently working on Designing and fabrication of “BIO SENSOR IC” which is capable of measuring current in the range of few hundred pico-amperes. His long term goal is to design and fabricate a single “Sensor IC” which is capable of measuring different physical and electrical parameters which meets wide range of applications.
