Dr. Rick Venedam is the Program Manager for the Nonproliferation Test & Evaluation Program for National Security Technologies, LLC at the Nevada Test Site. Rick is the responsible manager for the establishment of an on-site and off-site testing and evaluation program. Encompassing chemical fate and transport in the environment, remote chemical detection, spectral measurements and characterization of biological organisms. Rick previously served as the senior scientist for the Advanced Monitoring Systems Initiative at the Nevada Test Site and was formerly the Director of Analytical instrumentation for the Chemistry Department at Northern Arizona University. Dr. Venedam provides support to the National Science Foundation Chemistry Directorate and has authored numerous scientific articles.
